MagneticDays Self-Calibrating Workouts KING OF THE MOUNTAINS are workouts based on an automatic reading system that adapts to the values found in the first part of the workout. Each individual workout contains an initial check that determines the intensity of the rest of the session.
The workouts therefore adapt to the athlete’s conditions at the time of execution.
Given the AUTOMATIC nature of theses trainings, qualitatively they are placed at a lower level compared to the HTTs, in which a specialized Coach is always responsible for reading the test values.
