How to find serial number of your MagneticDays product?

Do you need help finding the serial number?
Select your product from the model list, and we’ll show you where you can find the code you’re looking for.

Each serial number is unique to the individual product, and from that we can trace its history as soon as it leaves our factory. That’s why it’s important that every time you ask for technical support you give it to our staff.

JARVIS e JARVIS Light

The serial number can be found on the label screwed to the lower right side of the trainer frame.
If there is no serial number on the product, you can find it:

Name of the generated wifi network (in your device, Settings > Wi-Fi)
In the app in the status bar when connected to the roller
In the status bar at the bottom left in the MD Training PC software, when you are connected to the roller via cable

MD JARVIS

MDE 4/25 e MDE 6/30

The serial number and product information are printed on the label screwed to the lower right side of the roller frame.
It can be found, in the MDE 6/30 models, marked on the inside of the upper pulley, on the side of the sprocket set.

If the serial number is not available on the trainer, and you are sure that the roller has done the implementation of the electronic board with the WiFi module, you can find it:

Name of the generated wifi network (in your device, Settings > Wi-Fi)
In the app in the status bar when connected to the roller
In the status bar at the bottom left in the MD Training PC software, when you are connected to the roller via cable

MDE 4/25 - 6/30

The serial number and product information are printed on the label screwed on the back side of both cranks.

J-BIKE

The serial number and product information are printed on the label screwed on the lower left side of the bike frame.
If there is no serial number on the ergometer, you can find it:

Name of the generated wifi network (in your device, Settings > Wi-Fi)
In the app in the status bar when connected to the trainer
In the status bar at the bottom left of the MD Training PC software, when you are connected to the bike via USB cable

MD J-BIKE

J-HAND BIKE

The serial number can be found on the label screwed to the upper right side of the trainer frame.
If there is no serial number on the product, you can find it:

Name of the generated wifi network (in your device, Settings > Wi-Fi)
In the app in the status bar when connected to the roller
In the status bar at the bottom left in the MD Training PC software, when you are connected to the roller via cable

The serial number and product information are left in the plate screwed to the lower left side of the frame.

The serial number and product information are printed on the front element where the front fork of the bike is fixed.
The serial number is marked on the right side of the base element.
