Threshold With Strenght
The MagneticDays Head Coach Simone Buracchi introduces another one fundamental cycling exercise of HTT Methodology of Training: THRESHOLD WITH STRENGHT.
“This particular exercise works on watts at the threshold, with particular regard about VO2max during the strenght workouts. Generally, the watts at the threshold are reached by an increase of Newtons (optimal conditions for the athlete), with a consequent reduction in cadence to keep the wattage unchanged and stimulate the production of strenght over time. The Newton “command” of JARVIS smart trainer ensures that the result is fully achieved.”
