This option allows user\/athlete to change manually the percentage of training intensity in two steps directly by App.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">For this reason, MD chose to decrease the duration of HTT workouts from 4 to 2 months after their first use. <strong>This change is effective from 2019, January 13 and it will include all MD training packs purchased after this date.<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>With the\u00a0release 2.7.0 of MD WiFi App (2019 September), we\u00a0introduced the possibility to enable and manage the calibration of HTT workouts.
