For example: Mario, Eric and Luke are three guys and athletes who have apparently the same perfomance:<\/span>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em><strong>Mario<\/strong><\/em>: 250 Watt\u00a0(threshold heart rate) originated from 30 Newton and 80 RPM<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong><em>Eric<\/em><\/strong>: 250 Watt (threshold heart rate)\u00a0originated from 23 Netwon and 96 RPM<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><em><strong>Luke<\/strong><\/em>: 250 Watt (threshold heart rate) originated from 27 Newton and 88 RPM<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\">This\u00a0situation\u00a0represent three levels of Power exactly the same but determinated by\u00a0three completely different feautures.\u00a0Supposing that\u00a0the values of thresold heart rate and RPM (for each athlete\u00a0in training) are\u00a0250 Watt\u00a0and 88 RPM, the specific\u00a0training for Mario, Eric and Luke is <em><strong>Agility<\/strong><\/em>,\u00a0<em><strong>Strenght<\/strong><\/em> and <em><strong>Neutral<\/strong><\/em> respectively.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Through\u00a0our analysis we can confirm that<\/strong>\u00a0we can help &#8220;Mario&#8221; to improve his cadence naturally cycling at 85 RPM (starting from a value of 80 RPM) and improving his threshold heart rate\u00a0from 250 to 265 Watt <strong>(if force is equal, 1 RPM is equal to 3 Watt)<\/strong>. <em>Among other things, Mario represents (as physiological features)\u00a0more than\u00a080%\u00a0of not professional cyclists.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\">With this example we want to explain\u00a0two important things:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Before to write a custom built training, is absolutely necessary to determine the specific physiological values\u00a0for each athlete;<\/span><\/em><\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Having at disposal a scientific instrument as MagneticDays, is possible to work finely on specific parameters as Watt, Newton and RPM, influencing the physical characteristics of the athletes.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Physics and evolution of cycling simulator\u00a0were the key concepts of the introduction\u00a0of MagneticDays Training Philosophy.
