Do you need help finding the serial number?
\nSelect your product from the model list, and we’ll show you where you can find the code you’re looking for.<\/p>\n

Each serial number is unique to the individual product, and from that we can trace its history as soon as it leaves our factory. That’s why it’s important that every time you ask for technical support you give it to our staff.<\/em><\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tThe serial number can be found on the label screwed to the lower right side of the trainer frame.
\nIf there is no serial number on the product, you can find it:<\/p>\n

  • Name of the generated wifi network (in your device, Settings > Wi-Fi)<\/li>\n
  • In the app in the status bar when connected to the roller<\/li>\n
  • In the status bar at the bottom left in the MD Training PC software, when you are connected to the roller via cable<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    \n\t\t\tThe serial number and product information are printed on the label screwed to the lower right side of the roller frame.
    \nIt can be found, in the MDE 6\/30 models, marked on the inside of the upper pulley, on the side of the sprocket set.<\/p>\n

    If the serial number is not available on the trainer, and you are sure that the roller has done the implementation of the electronic board with the WiFi module, you can find it:<\/p>\n

    • In the app in the status bar when connected to the roller<\/li>\n
