your personal information provided with the registration form for the creation of your own \"personal page\u201d.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>The personal data we process<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>The personal data that will be processed by O.R.F. S.r.l. includes the following personal information:<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>personal and contact details of the user;<\/li>\r\n \t<li>training data generated by heart rate, applied force, pedaling frequency, and generated power;<\/li>\r\n \t<li>body weight.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Purpose of processing<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>Personal data will be processed for the purposes of:<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>activation of your own \"personal page\u201d;<\/li>\r\n \t<li>processing of training data generated by the use of the \"Magnetic Days\" platform;<\/li>\r\n \t<li>direct marketing, through automated tools (in particular e-mail) with your consent.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n<p>Specifically in sending promotional communications, including commercial ones, advertising material and \/ or offers of products and services by the Owner.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Mandatory \/ optional nature of data provision<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>The provision of data for the purpose of creating the personal page is mandatory, as failure or incorrect provision makes it impossible to create your account and the consequent processing of training data. B) The provision of personal data for promotional and \/ or marketing purposes with automated tools is optional and failure to provide it does not affect the creation of the personal page.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Categories of Personal Data<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>Personal data are processed with IT tools. These are entered into the company information system in full compliance with the regulations in force, including the security and confidentiality profiles and inspired by the principles of correctness and lawfulness of processing (articles 5, 6, 32 of EU Regulation 2016\/679).<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Legal basis of the processing and storage of data<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>The legal basis of the processing is represented by the execution of a contractual relationship as regards the creation and management of the personal account and by consent as regards the marketing purpose. The personal data provided are processed and stored by O.R.F. S.r.l. for the entire time of the contractual relationship that is established at the time of registration and subsequently to fulfill legal obligations or until consent for marketing purposes is revoked. At the end of the retention period, the data are deleted from the system.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Communication and Dissemination<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>Your data may be communicated to coaches, and \/ or employees or collaborators of our company, expressly authorized by us for processing. The data will not be disclosed.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Rights of the data subject<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>At any time, you can exercise the rights provided for by the EU Regulation 2016\/679 by articles 15 to 22 and in particular the right to:<\/p>\r\n<p>a) request confirmation of the existence or otherwise of their personal data;<\/p>\r\n<p>b) obtain information about the purposes of the processing, the categories of personal data, the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be communicated and, when possible, the retention period;<\/p>\r\n<p>c) obtain the rectification and cancellation of data;<\/p>\r\n<p>d) obtain the limitation of the processing;<\/p>\r\n<p>e) obtain data portability, i.e. receive them from a data controller, in a structured format, commonly used and readable by an automatic device, and transmit them to another data controller without hindrance;<\/p>\r\n<p>f) oppose the processing at any time and also in the case of processing for direct marketing purposes;<\/p>\r\n<p>g) oppose an automated decision-making process relating to natural persons, including profiling;<\/p>\r\n<p>h) propose a complaint to the Guarantor Authority.
